Hello and Happy Monday to all!
Today I'd like to share with you and card I made recently using the Perfect Punches stamp set!

As you can see, this set is a great one to own for a variety of occasions - birthday, friendship, congratulations, thank you notes, Christmas and more. Each of the images in this set are designed to coordinate with a punch that makes card-making a snap! The punches used along with this stamp set are the Extra Large Oval Punch (#
119859), the Curly Label Punch (#119851), the Modern Label Punch (#119849), the Scallop Oval Punch (#119856), and the Scallop Circle Punch (#119854).
There is even a stamp image that coordinates with our Round Tab Punch (#119864) which is very useful for making tabs in recipe albums, mini albums, address books, photo files, home organizers and so much more!
This is one set you will be very happy to own! Now onto the card....
Don't you just love this color combination? It's not one that I would have put together myself, but one that was suggested when using my Color Coach (#
121046)!. I love my Color Coach! It's a tool that helps me to know what color combinations go well together, and saves me so much time when designing my card creations!
I dry embossed the base of the card with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (#
117335) before adding More Mustard cardstock and Not Quite Navy Designers Series Paper to the front. To give the sentiment a matted finish, I simply trimmed closely around the oval stamped Happy Birthday image before laying it onto a piece of Not Quite Navy cardstock punched out with the Large Oval Punch. Easy-peasy!
Stamp Set: Elements 2 – Perfect Punches
Paper: More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, Whisper White
DSP: Paisley Petals DSP, Designers Series Paper Stack (Not Quite Navy)
Ink: Not Quite Navy
Accessories: Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Large Oval Punch, Paper Snips, 5/8” Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Dimensionals, Snail, Sticky Tape
See the little squares of DSP on the card? This design is also great for using up all of those little scraps DSP leftover from other projects. The 3 pieces I have here were from the Paisley Petals Designers Series Paper Pack and each measure 1"x 1.25" . I had them leftover from a project I did for a swap I participated in for the 1"x 1.25" Simply Adorned Charm. I just love the challenge of creating something with these little leftovers of our beautiful DSP, don't you?
I hope that you enjoyed seeing this card and that it has been a little bit of inspiration for you to try and find ways to use up some of your beautiful scraps as well.
Happy Scrappin' and Stampin'!
